Steak Salad


2 lb flank steak
Your favorite marinade (I used 1/2 cup fresh lime juice or 5 limes, 3 T soy sauce, 4 scallions thinly sliced, 2 T fresh ginger and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes)


РCombine marinade and steak in re sealable plastic bag, marinade in refrigerator, for at least 1 hour.  Turn it over occasionally.

– Heat grill on high and lightly oil grates.

– Remove steak from marinade, letting excess drip off, season with coarse salt and pepper to taste.

– Cook meat, turning once, until desired doneness.

– Let steak rest for 10 minutes and slice thin.

This is now ready for the best steak salad ever or really delicious fajitas!
